Born and raised in Vancouver, Lindsay grew up in the Trout Lake-Renfrew neighbourhood known for its diverse culture and strong sense of community. Her interest in massage therapy stems from a love of working with people and a fascination with the human body. She is a passionate person who strives to treat each client with careful attention, patience and compassion. As an advocate for preventative medicine, Lindsay empowers her clients through education and encourages a proactive lifestyle. She enjoys the challenges of treating orthopaedic and systemic conditions and believes that regular relaxation massages are essential for ones overall well-being.
Lindsays sports background includes dragon boat, swimming, skiing, and figure skating. She used her training as a competitive figure skater to teach lessons through the Vancouver Parks & Recreation Learn to Skate Program for over 10 years. Lindsay also has her diploma in Jazz Studies from Capilano University and continues to teach private piano lessons to children in her community. Her current activities include biking, yoga, rock climbing, and knitting.

Tuesdays 10 - 4, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10 - 7.
Hoa Mi Saint-Jacques RMT
Hoa Mi started practicing massage in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2003. Upon moving to Vancouver in 2005, she continued practicing while upgrading her education at Utopia Academy and graduated in 2009.
She addresses the body in a holistic way and her main goal is to facilitate the healing process of each client.
She incorporates a variety of modalities during her treatments, including myofascial release, trigger point release, stretching, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilization and hydrotherapy.
She is eager to work with her clients to motivate them to work towards optimal health and believes that massage therapy is an important part in achieving that goal.
Hoa Mi is available Fridays and Sundays 10 - 6.
