Having completed her 200 Hour training in 2012 and her 500 Hour in 2015, Helen is loving teaching in and around Vancouver. Her classes at Balance are specifically designed for those students in bigger bodies who want to explore this practice with modifications designed just for them. Yoga truly is for every body. Gentle Flow - WEDNESDAYS 6:30 - 7:45 pm
Anchi has been practicing yoga nearly 10 years. Her Power/Flow yoga classes are deeply influenced by her training in the Ashtanga, which has also greatly influenced her life. In her class, expect a structured and energizing sequence that allows you to explore your edge or take a step back to relax. Because yoga is such a personal journey, Anchi provides modifications and hands-on adjustments to meet the needs of different bodies. She is also certified in Yin, Restorative and Prenatal yoga. She likes to offer different styles of classes including Yin/Yang fusion so students get to experience a soothing and creative sequence.
